When you arrive, we’ll begin with a relaxed and confidential chat about what’s brought you here. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right – this is your space, and it moves at your pace.

Once the sacred space is prepared, we’ll begin the healing. With gentle, intuitive touch, we connect to your energy and begin clearing away anything that no longer serves you. Drumming, smudging, singing, and the soothing tones of singing bowls are woven throughout the session, helping to shift energy and create space for balance and clarity.

We’ll work through the subtle bodies and the energy channels of the physical body, aligning the chakras and gently cleansing the major organs. The healing flows naturally, guided by the loving spirits every step of the way. No two sessions are the same – what you feel and receive is intuitively led and always just what your spirit needs in that moment
